Compaxit is a secure licenced based application which incorporates most transactions required by the company secretary. The documents produced by the Compaxit program are in PDF (fixed document format) and so the system does not rely on a document creating.editing program. The added advantage of the PDF is that its appearance remains the same regardless of the operating system in use.
The Compaxit program also incorporates a facility so that any documents created can first be reviewed and amended if required before creating the final PDF documents.
