Compaxit is a secure licenced based application which incorporates most transactions required by the company secretary. Through its 'intelligent' use of forms and options it is possible to create all documents, minutes, resolutions and forms required for any specific corporate procedure without having prior knowledge of company secretarial administration.

Compaxit is web based and so there is no need to download a program to your computer. Documents can therefore be produced using any internet and printer connected computer making it easy to work away from the office

The documents produced by the Compaxit program are in PDF (fixed document format) and so the system does not rely on a document creating.editing program. The added advantage of the PDF is that its appearance remains the same regardless of the operating system in use.

The Compaxit program also incorporates a facility so that any documents created can first be reviewed and amended if required before creating the final PDF documents.

Using the Compaxit program the user can produce all minutes, notices, documents, agreements, articles and resolutions by selecting an option from various 'drop-down' boxes. In most cases all documentation can be reduced within minutes.
